- The arrival day and No Show: 100% of the reservation will be charged

Because Els Llacs Mountain Apartments is committed to refunding your reservation amount in the following cases:
- Closing of the borders of the town, city, Â country of the client and/or Andorra. If this closure happens during your stay and you decide to leave, the nights and services not consumed will be refunded.
- If quarantine or confinement is imposed in the town, city, country of the client and/or Andorra. If this closure takes place during your stay and you decides to leave, the nights and services not consumed will be refunded.
- Closure of the apartments. If this closure occurs during your stay, the non-consumed nights will be refunded.
- Closure of the ski resorts in Andorra. If this closure happens during your stay and you decide to leave, the unconsumed nights and services will be refunded.
- Hospitalization by Covid-19 of any of the members of the reservation.
- Medical leave by Covid-19 of any of the members of the reservation.
- Confinement of any of the members of the reservation.
